Alexandre, Leonor and Bárbara together have over 10 years of experience in the Portuguese real estate market. In 2021 they founded ACE Real Estate, a real estate advisory and boutique brokerage company specialized in superior homes and investment properties with vast knowledge and years of practice in assisting buyers, sellers and business partners throughout the entire transaction process.
Alexandre has worked in strategic communications, financial consulting, and wealth management. Currently he accompanies several investors, namely private equity real estate investment and asset management firms, family offices and Real Estate Funds, with investments in the mid-high and luxury segment, particularly new construction in the outskirts of Lisbon and Porto and urban rehabilitation projects (Prime CBD).
Leonor made a career in economic journalism. She is a successful investor and entrepreneur, having founded Master Promo which, in addition to the areas of investment and real estate brokerage, is also a reference company in the organization and management of events for major German and Spanish brands. Leonor has a profound understanding of the dynamics of supply and demand in the prime areas of Lisbon, Oeiras, Estoril and Cascais.
Bárbara was an international model and TV host. She was also a partner of Master Promo. Currently she manages a Boutique Hotel in Cascais, besides several real estate assets of a relevant Portuguese Family Office. Bárbara maintains an important network of relationships with national and foreign HNWI’s and is a specialist in managing solutions for the needs of these types of buyers/sellers.
In order to find the best and fastest solutions for their clients, together they analyse needs, study the offer, fit objectives and financial availabilities and work in close partnership with the best international channels and carefully selected business partners.
They stand out by managing efficient channels for clients to buy and sell properties with speed, discretion and maximum confidentiality.
With regard to listing contracts, monitoring of promissory contracts and deeds, they follow the best international practices. ACE Real Estate clients have access to specialists in Golden Visa, Non-Habitual Residents, relocation, lawyers (due diligence), solicitors, architects, contractors and decorators.
